Package Overview
This is a Maktab C, Non-Shifting Hajj 2027 package departing from London Heathrow. It covers 20 days and 19 nights inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Makkah hotel stays the same before and after Hajj — no mid-trip room change. Pricing opens at £6,700 per person in Penta sharing. A £200 deposit holds the seat.
Hajj 2027 / 1448 AH Calendar Note: All dates follow the Saudi Hijri calendar for 1448 AH. The official Saudi moon-sighting announcement may shift the schedule by ±1 day.
Package Structure
This package follows a Non-Shifting structure: one fixed Makkah hotel for the entire pre- and post-Hajj period. Pilgrims return to the same room after Mina, which removes the stress of moving luggage during the Hajj days and keeps comfort and routine intact. This is a Madinah-After-Hajj routing — the Prophet's city closes the pilgrimage and the return flight departs Madinah Airport for London Heathrow.

Detailed Itinerary

Stage 1 — Makkah al-Mukarramah (6 Nights, Pre-Hajj)
08 – 13 May 2027 / 2 – 7 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH
The trip starts in Makkah after the Jeddah landing. A 6-night opening stay focuses pilgrims on Masjid al-Haram worship. Accommodation: Al Rafidien Almasi Hotel. Rooms follow the Penta, Quad, Triple, or Double Bed configuration. Full-Board meals are served across the stay. Walking access to Masjid al-Haram makes worship easy.
Pilgrims attend Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha at Masjid al-Haram. Tamattu pilgrims perform Umrah during these days, and Tawaf al-Qudum is completed in this stage.

Stage 2 — Mina: Core Hajj Rites (5 Nights)
14 – 18 May 2027 / 8 – 12 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH
The Mina stage spans 5 nights. Arafat and Muzdalifah movements are folded into this period. Pilgrims stay under Maktab Category C: air-conditioned tents with basic bedding and shared washrooms serving the wider group.
Yawm Arafah — 15 May 2027: The day at the Plain of Arafat is the heart of Hajj. Wuquf al-Arafat runs from sunrise to sunset, with dua, supplications, and the Khutbah Arafat filling the hours. Transit moves to Muzdalifah at sunset.
Muzdalifah — Layla Mash'ar al-Haram: Maghrib and Isha prayers are combined. Pebbles for Rami are gathered on-site. Pilgrims rest under the open sky before returning to Mina.
Yawm al-Nahr / Eid al-Adha — 16 May 2027: Seven pebbles are thrown at the Jamarat al-Aqaba pillar in the morning. Qurbani is included in this package — the operator arranges the sacrifice on the pilgrim's behalf, completed by Yawm al-Nahr. Hair is then shaved or trimmed (Halq or Taqsir) before pilgrims travel to Makkah for Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa'i, completing Tahallul al-Akbar.
Ayyam al-Tashreeq — 17 – 18 May 2027: Mina nights continue. Rami Jamarat is performed daily at all three pillars.

Stage 3 — Return to Makkah Hotel: Non-Shifting Feature
19 May 2027 / 13 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH
Pilgrims head back to the same Al Rafidien Almasi Hotel — the defining feature of the Non-Shifting model. Tawaf al-Wada is performed before the onward Madinah transit.

Stage 4 — Madinah al-Munawwarah: Closing Stage (6 Nights, Post-Hajj)
21 – 26 May 2027 / 15 – 20 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH
The Madinah closing stay wraps up the pilgrimage. Accommodation: jawharat al rasheed Hotel. Full-Board meals continue. Pilgrims attend all five daily prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi, and ziyarah of Rawdah ash-Sharifah and Jannat al-Baqi fits the stay.
Departure — 27 May 2027 / 21 Dhul Hijjah 1448 AH: The return flight departs Madinah Airport for London Heathrow. Indirect flight routing applies.
Special Note: Coach transport handles all transit segments. Room occupancy is set at booking. The Saudi Hijri calendar governs the schedule, with a ±1-day moon-sighting buffer. No refund is issued for any unused inclusion.
